REFUND POLICY

30-day return window from delivery.

1. Use the item for up to 30 days.
2. Email amberloomshop@outlook.com with your order number if it's not right.
3. We provide return instructions.
4. Refund to original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

Items should be returned in original condition where possible. Damaged/defective items: contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.
